HOUSE K

Occupying 7,000 square feet within a landmark office tower, this project gives a family business a headquarters as considered as the company itself. The material palette of greytravertine-toned stone, fluted timber, exposed textured stays consistent throughout, allowing the space reads as one continuous gesture rather than a series of rooms. Reception opens onto a light-filled lounge, where a single slim wall fixture does the work of a sculpture. Deeper in, a long stone-topped table anchors both boardroom and dining functions, the line between the two left deliberately blurred, fitting for a business run by people who know each other well.

Nothing here is loud. Furniture stays low, art is used sparingly, and greenery softens the stone without competing with it. The result feels like an extension of a family's own sense of order: contemporary, minimal, unmistakably considered.
